Objectives of this Role

• Development and implementation of  company’s brand strategy

• Ensure all marketing efforts achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing process improvements, content, and lead generation

• Prepare marketing activity reports including metrics measuring program success

• Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, consumer trends

• Maintain internal tools development, including a customer database, tracking capability, global contact directory

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Conduct research analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape,  prepare reports collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

• Manage Marketing and Sales team 

•  Establishing marketing plan and strategy by composing  analytical sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations

• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to Account Managers, provide instructions for use or promotion

•  Manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules, coordinating mailing lists

• Maintain a sales support materials inventory directory, ensuring all resources accuracy, new materials creation coordination 

• Research new sources of prospective customer data and provide   sales and marketing leadership recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science or related fields 

• Experience with research using data analytics software

• Excellent writing, communication,  presentation skills

• Proficiency customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Salesforce)

• Full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
