Nathan’s Glass & Mirror is a qualified glazing group that has been providing sound quality work at competitive prices for over twenty years. Our 10,000 square foot facility is conveniently located in North Hollywood allowing us to readily serve Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and Orange County. On occasion we take on projects outside of California.

Our company specializes in all aspects of glazing including storefronts, curtain walls, windows, shower doors, mirrors and heavy glass. The scope of our projects ranges from retail and commercial to single family homes.

Job Description

  • answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
  • coordinate scheduling of crews on a daily basis
  • take and distribute messages
  • greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff membe
  • receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
  • prepare outgoing mail for distribution
  • faxing, scanning and copying of documents
  • maintain office filing and storage systems
  • retrieve information when requested
  • type documents, reports and correspondence
  • coordinate appointments and meetings
  • monitor and maintain office supplies
  • ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • keep office area clean and tidy


  • previous experience in the construction industry is a MUST
  • competent computer skills including MS Office and Quickbooks
  • internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering
