Work From Home Call Center Reps - Corporate Sponsorship Relation Reps are responsible for the acquisition of new sponsors and business partnerships, along with retaining current sponsors and partners, and generating long-term revenue for the National HIV Testing Centers of America.
Other responsibilities include:
- Prospecting, selling, cultivating, maintaining and growing the sponsorships, advertising and corporate partnerships in both new and existing business for the NHTCA
- The creation and implementation of any new ideas and opportunities that will drive revenue for the NHTCA, or reduce existing costs
- Managing the execution of all sponsor-related items
- Identify and research the best practices and partnership needs for potential sponsorships by category
- Working at NHTCA Events, including set-up and break down of Events, specifically in regards to sponsor signage and corporate event locations
- Reports to General Manager
Flexible hours and days (reps make up their own schedule)
This position is COMMISSION ONLY (so do not apply if you're looking for hourly pay)
Hours to call are 8am - 5pm all time zones
The amount you can make will be based on how much time you dedicate to the position.
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- 1+ year of work experience in the Non-Profit, Community Based Organizations, Fundraising
- 6+ months of inbound or outbound call center experience in sales, customer service, or collections
- Ability to close the sale
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to type and talk at same time, as well as stay focused in a busy atmosphere
- Must pass a credit and criminal background check

- In order to provide a solid streaming connection without any interruptions, agents must use a wired internet connection.
Some Wifi connections and air-cards are not supported.

The agent must be aware if there is security software installed on the computer and exceptions will have to be made for NHTCA’s software to work correctly in the security software. Agents will also have to know how to install and uninstall software on their computer as well as be logged in with and administrative account that will allow the installation of software.
For best performance and quality it is highly recommended that only the agent’s computer have access to the internet during work hours if the internet connection is shared between multiple devices. This will limit the interference of other devices using the agent’s internet connection and potentially flooding the connection which could cause severe connection issues for the agent.
