Job Description


We are seeking a Maintenance Associate for our first shift operations. This individual would be assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Staff in supporting personnel for our manufacturing plant. This job is primarily for Machine Setup, Cleanup, Tear-down and Swap Out and Preventative Maintenance.

A combination of technical training and/or work experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree

1-2 years' experience in industrial or manufacturing related maintenance

Experience with pneumatics, ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS (208 and 480 3-Phase), reading electrical blueprints, industrial mechanical systems, welding/fabricating, boiler systems and packaging equipment is a PLUS

Ability to diagnose, identify troubleshoot and repair low voltage PLC and ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS is a PLUS

Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs 

Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate change

Time Management, delegation and organization skills with strong problem solving ability

Pay is between $11 to $15 depending upon experience in this roll.
