Nave Newell is a consulting firm with 40 professionals who provide civil engineering, land surveying, land planning and landscape architectural services to property owners and developers throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region. We are seeking motivated professionals with strong technical skills to join our team as we head into our 25th year.

In this position, you will lead and manage the Survey Department in the execution of boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, and construction stake out for land development projects. You will coordinate with other departments and supervise and coordinate survey field crew activities and office data processing. You will also develop technical scope and cost estimates for proposals. • Registered Professional Land Surveyor ( PLS in Pennsylvania ) New Jersey and Delaware preferred, but not required.
• Surveyor or Engineering Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including advanced skills in Project Management and CAD.
• Broad Knowledge of Survey methods and equipment used.
