Job Description
The BusinessAnalyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and to recommend automated solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. The role has expertise and a generalized understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities; analyzesbusiness operations to determine opportunities for automated processes and functions; translates business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to such specifications; also may be called on to assist in documenting business processes, advanced planning documentation, and proposal evaluations and business related policies and procedures as they relate to systems automation functions.
The candidate will work with the project managers and business technology specialists in developing the appropriate solution to meet the business partners' needs.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
•    Strong Communication & Technical skills
•    Responsible, dependable, quick learner
•    Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology
•    Preferred willingness to relocate nationwide in the US for projects
