Job Description

NetSteady is a a telecommunications service provider dedicated to the delivery of voice, video, and data services to large event facilities. We are looking for the right person to assist providing on-site customer service to our event facility clients. You will be responsible for working with the client to determine the issue, diagnose the cause, and repair the issue where possible.

Qualifications

Applicants must have one year of relevant experience (or commensurate education), be comfortable in talking to customers face-to-face, be able to perform physical installation tasks, and be willing to work in fast-paced environments. You will be working in our Columbus Ohio office and have the opportunity for some travel to other NetSteady locations.
