NetSteady is a a telecommunications service provider dedicated to the delivery of voice, video, and data services to large event facilities. We provide services to over 350 events annually across the US, and our growth has just begun.

• Act as the project manager to coordinate the installation and maintenance of event services through the use of staff members and contractors 
• Perform regular maintenance on voice, video, telephone, and data networks at event facilities
  
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure and services at event facilities 
• Determine network issues by analyzing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying problem 
• Perform service audits, notifying management of discrepancies; 
• Perform network analysis, and take corrective actions in accordance with company policy; 
• Prioritize the troubleshooting process and properly manage time sensitive tasks; 
• Use remote control tools for troubleshooting and maintenance; 
• Exemplify a working knowledge of general office practices and procedures; 
• Perform rotating on-call duties during major events; 
• All other duties as assigned.
  
  

● High School Diploma required; advanced education and/or commensurate experience preferred
● Experience with project management preferred
● Experience with network administration in networks with over 50 devices required
● Experience with Cisco, HP, and Mikrotik networking appliances preferred
● Experience with wireless network technologies required
● Ability to travel within the United States
● Ability to pass a background check and drug test
