Job Description

The Business Development Associate employs proven sales skills and methodologies to convert prospect inquiries into new business leads for our sales team. The ultimate goal is to get Network for Good products and training in the hands of as many nonprofits as possible, enabling them to raise more money online to advance their missions.


The key responsibilities are:
• Educate potential clients on the value of NFG’s software and services
• Manage leads and schedule qualified product demonstrations for sales consultants
• Use Salesforce.com to provide complete and accurate information on each lead passed
• Meet performance based goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Desire to start a career in software sales and advance within the company
• Ability to quickly learn software & technology tools
• Confidence presenting information over the phone to business decision-makers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player
