Job Description

Position Summary

Network for Good seeks a growth-focused, creative, and dynamic marketing professional to serve as Vice-President of Digital Marketing and head of the Marketing Department.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of demand-focused marketers to grow the volume of leads, MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities
  • Optimize engagement patterns for each stage of the customer journey through campaigns, including: blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.
  • Maintain reporting and metrics on marketing and communications activity, effectiveness, business impact, and sales-attribution
  • Develop and improve scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and qualification, campaign management, database quality, and communications
  • Oversee the technical integration of key marketing and communication systems (marketing automation, CRM, analytics platforms, etc.)
  • Personify and build upon an internal culture of collaborative, learning-based, teamwork-focused growth

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong history of delivering results in SaaS-based and subscription-based business models
  • Proven success in automated marketing (Analytics/Marketo/Salesforce)
  • Passion for developing and implementing innovative content and campaigns
  • Organized, collaborative, and deadline-oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for team-building and staff development
