Job Description

Network for Good is seeking an Account Manager interested in helping us grow and serve our corporate partnerships.

The ideal candidate exhibits a passion for building relationships and providing effective solutions to meet partners’ needs.

The Account Manager will facilitate the successful lifecycle of our corporate customers. This position is located in Washington, DC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Salesforce.com accounts for all partners with contractual details, payment and invoicing status, donation trends and various touch points.
  • Coordinate and run monthly or quarterly meetings for our strategic partners.
  • Provide prompt and outstanding partner correspondence via phone and email.
  • Assist with onboarding new partners including technical set-up, launch check-points and troubleshooting technology issues.
  • Conduct partner website audits and recommend ways to optimize the donation experience via partner success initiatives.
  • Ensure that Network for Good is delivering on all terms laid out in partner contracts.
  • Manage feedback and suggestions from our partners regarding improve existing engagement solutions.
  • Train and support partners as needed to ensure they are getting the most out of our products, including our self-service partner portal.
  • Ensure that donors making donations through partner sites and nonprofits that are receiving these donations are having a positive experience and leveraging our donor and nonprofit portal as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with teams throughout the organization to find quick and effective solutions to partners’ needs.
  • Coordinate internal support of special partner campaigns, disaster response and year-end planning.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3-5 years of client service or account management in the digital space
  • Relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of internal teams
  • An extraordinary client service focus with a “Can Do” attitude
  • Creative problem solver with experience finding efficient solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred
  • Experience with data analysis in excel is preferred
  • Ability to move at a fast pace, handle a heavy workload, and prioritize tasks
