Job Description

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.   

  • Monitor and maintain accurate reporting for Network for Good subscription service customers and business partners: including approval and verification of new customer applications and billing, monthly recurring billing and annual renewals
  • Leverage SalesForce object structure, billing workflows, and functionality; own documentation of associated operational business processes; provide recommendations and updates as necessary
  • Produce, retrieve, update, and analyze billing exception reports to ensure billing accuracy
  • Track deposits, payments and chargebacks
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Customer Solutions teams to prevent and/or correct discrepancies on upcoming bills and subscriptions; provide answers to client billing inquiries, making adjustments and resolving issues as necessary
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create promotion codes for new and existing customers
  • Coordinate with Technology and Product teams to identify trends in billing issues and identify appropriate fixes
  • Work with Finance, Customer Success, and other internal teams to provide accurate billing reports on an ad hoc basis
  • Perform other duties and take on ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field
  • Superior proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • One year related experience in a professional environment
