 Sales Associates play a vital role in New Leaf's mission of helping people kick tobacco for good. They are on the front lines everyday ensuring each customer is successful in transitioning from tobacco.

• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume 

• Evaluate customer needs and respond appropriately

• Regular shop keeping duties for the upkeep of a clean store

• Assist with new partner training

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

• Must be 21 years of age or older to work for New Leaf
