New Light Technologies is seeking a Entry Wireless Engineer who will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, optimization and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks. Responsibilities include link budgets analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis, initial system design and dimensioning, coverage planning, site identification, evaluation and zoning support, frequency planning , interference analysis and optimization. Provides technical direction and engineering knowledge for communications activities including planning, designing, developing, testing, installing and maintaining large communications networks. Will answer technical questions as well as day to day operational questions.

• Wireless Engineering Required 1 Years 1 - Basic
• Experience conducting on-site wireless signal measurement / testing for an organization with an installed base of in-building-wireless systems. Required 1 Years 1 - Basic
• Work experience in technical environment Required 1 Years 1 - Basic
• Prefer experience with Corning MobileAccess; TE; SoLid or Commscope Nice to have Work Experience: Minimum 1 year
• RF experience, with at least 1 year of Distributed Antenna System design, installation and testing. Required 1 Years 1 - Basic
• Bachelors and / or Master’s (in lieu of degree: must have documented and substantial work exp and the demonstrated ability to learn skills) Highly desired
• Certifications/Training: IEEE Wireless Communications Engineering Technologies (WCET) or other equivalent certification in RF technologies preferred. Nice to have Software Use Experience (including Microsoft Office) – Access, Excel, Word Required 1 Years 1 - Basic
• Wireless Analyses - such as ability to test, aggregate, process, manipulate, group & filter on various criteria, and interpret the results for others Required 1 Years 1 - Basic
• Database query experience Required 1 Years 1 - Basic
