Our Client is seeking a contractor for their PeopleSoft Human Capital Management application.  This is a collection of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management modules.   Using Peoplesoft version 9.0.

The following are a number of requirements and tasks that the contractor must project manage and oversee.  Participate in developing the Project technical roadmap.  Working with project stakeholders, participate in developing the technical scope definition document.  Participate in the development of the Project functional and technical requirements document.  Configure and develop solutions.  Participate in executing the Project technical deployment management plan and ensure successful deployment of the project. Provide periodic and ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders as necessary. Participate in the project dry-run and cut-over plan. Execute deployment tasks.  

PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 WorkForce Administration for Public Sector - 5 years exp required

PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 Base Benefits / Benefits Administration - 5 years exp required

PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 Time and Labor - 5 years exp required

PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 Payroll for North America - 5 years exp required

Requirements Analysis and generation of detailed design specifications - 10 years exp required

PeopleSoft Set-up HRMS Configuration of relevant modules - 4 years exp required

Oracle 11g or higher, Oracle SQL - 8 years exp required

MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) - 8 years exp required

Familiarity with state, local or federal government HR practices - 2 years exp highly desired

Peoplecode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, Development of custom pages, components, app.engines, SQRs, HTML, XML, SOA / WS - 7 years exp required
