Our client is looking for a Lead .NET Developer Lead Level 4 12+ Years of experience.

• Implementing high quality, scalable and extendable .NET solutions .
• Migrating and implementing plans that address both tactical and strategic needs.
• Designing and implementing a development workflow.
• Designing and customizing SQL 2008, 2012 databases and stored procedures
- Coding, testing and implementing solutions in a .NET 3.5 to 4.5 environment
• Taking directions from management in implementing solutions and demonstrating implementation success.
• Unit testing for all assigned deliverables and directing testing efforts.
• Analyzing technologies, technical processes and/or functions; documenting findings, identifying areas for improvement and creating specifications to implement.

Problem solving & analytical skills to resolve technical problems; an understanding of business requirements and IT strategies. Good communication skills (verbal and written) to all levels of the business.

• Developer/Engineer field related experience - 7 years exp required
  
• Proficiency in multiple versions (1.1 to 3.5) of the .NET Framework - 7 years exp required
  
• Knowledge of programming / systems analysis - 12 years exp required
  
• Experience with quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration - 5 years exp required
  
• Possess strong MS platform knowledge and skills - 10 years exp required
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# , JavaScript, AJAX and MVC - 7 years exp required
  
• Experience of SQL, SQLDB design and development including Stored Procedures and SSIS, SSRS - 5 years exp required
  
• Proficieny in Object Oriented programmingm- 5 years exp nice to have
  
• SQL 2005+ expereince - 5 years exp required
  
• SQl 2008 expereince - 5 years exp required
