Job Description

NewsCred is looking for a Director of Professional Services to join our growing Customer

Success team. This role reports to the VP, Client Services and is responsible for managing

the NewsCred Professional Services team, which scopes and executes a variety of services,

including designing and building custom landing pages, creating original content,

supporting translation services, managing curation services, and delivering strategic

consulting services.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, manage, and grow NewsCred’s professional services team, as well as NewsCreds suite of services offerings
  • Direct ownership of professional services key metrics – retention and growth, P&L, KPI’s, goal achievement, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Lead relationships with NewsCred service partners to ensure consistent and effective delivery
  • Build scalable processes and methodologies governing client engagement and services delivery
  • Establish and monitor key quality, utilization, and satisfaction metrics. Develop reports that benchmark performance and provide ongoing insights.
  • Work closely with sales and client services management to ensure effective internal and external coordination with customers / prospects.
  • Work closely with the strategy team to identify platform and consulting opportunities.


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Deep understanding and experience leading and managing marketing projects with brands and agencies
  • Solid professional services experience, working knowledge of PS functions
  • Successful leadership experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of project management systems and CRM
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with cross functional teams
