Job Description

OVERVIEW

As our US Demand Generation Director you will play a vital role in creating, implementing and executing integrated US campaigns at all stages of the sales and marketing funnel. You will build relationships with the companies sales teams and global marketing and work closely with them to align to and support their needs. In essence, you will drive awareness and demand, provide the sales tools, campaigns, events, and targeting assistance needed to help the sales team prospect effectively and accelerate their pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish quarterly marketing lead generation and opportunity creation targets with Sales and deliver marketing qualified leads per agreed upon targets
  • Manage sales/marketing pipeline metrics and ROI analysis; work with cross functional teams to manage and present weekly, 
monthly and quarterly metrics on marketing revenue performance management. Leverage Marketo and Salesforce to build reports, analyze data and efficiently collaborate with Sales.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build pipeline and mature existing opportunities; this includes strategy, creative direction, campaign objectives, and validation
  • Develop strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns including tactics such as webinars, SEM/remarketing, social advertising, native advertising, automated outbounds, etc, to build lead database and increase qualified opportunity creation; manage team in planning & execution
  • Select and manage local events targeting the marketing buyer. Events should optimize branding opportunities as well as generating MQLs for local sales teams. Manage pre and post-event follow up and measurement with the sales team.
  • Develop measure and refine email and progressive nurturing campaigns with marketing automation
  • Manage and optimize lead scoring and nurturing models
  • Manage, track, report and present programs budgets by channel - campaign costs, performance, and ROI 
through the demand generation lifecycle 


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:


  • BA, BS or higher in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • Experience in dealing with SMB B2B acquisition is a must, Enterprise marketing an upside
  • Approx. 5 - 7 years of proven, successful global inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, 
execution, measurement, analysis and reporting across channels, products and verticals
  • Experience in Inbound Marketing and Demand Generation with expertise in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo
  • Previous experience marketing web technology platforms and solutions
  • Previous experience in Marketing SaaS
  • Demonstrable success in creating, executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across channels 
with a track record of success achieving KPIs in the high tech B2B space
  • Previous experience managing multichannel marketing budgets and processes
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to matrix well across all organizational stakeholders, particularly Sales and Global Marketing
  • Creative, resourceful, and out-of-the-box thinker
