The work

NewsCred is looking for a Business Operations Engineer to scale, implement, troubleshoot, and manage  internal operational software at NewsCred.

• You will assess NewsCred’s current internal systems, and make strategic decisions around how to set up the systems operations environment to maximize efficiency as the company scale

• You will be the primary resource in the installation, ongoing support, and management of internal systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, internal bookings software, and accounting systems

• You will help select, implement and maintain a new data management or ERP system for internal operations

• You will be working across multiple teams at NewsCred to troubleshoot and address internal software and systems needs, while reporting to the Operations team

• 3+ years of prior systems operations experience in analyzing, implementing, and maintaining internal systems operations at a growth or large enterprise company

• BS or Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communications skills and experience working across different teams
