Job Description

We’re looking for a great candidate to help us manage and strengthen our partnerships with our content partners, a network of 4500+ of the world’s best publishers and content creators. We’re proud to be working closely with the best publishers in the world to help them generate meaningful revenue from content marketing and syndication -- and we’re looking for someone who shares that excitement and can help us take that impact to the next level.

As a Content Partnerships Manager, you'll manage relationships with our providers directly, serving as the main contact to our providers to ensure positive and sustainable relationships. You will help us build efficiencies for communication and management of our provider relationships to make sure we can successfully scale. You will track performance of providers and suggest improvements to increase our impact. You will work closely with the head of content, as well as the content acquisition, operations, product, and marketing teams to help our business scale.

You’ll need to be a focused and proactive self-starter, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and sales-focused to help expand the provider relationship. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills, positive energy, and analytical abilities will be critical to helping NewsCred grow. Even more importantly, you’ll take direct ownership in building and supporting the health of our marketplace that returns millions of dollars back into the publisher ecosystem!

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of content provider joining NewsCred’s platform

  • Handle day-to-day account management and support, working closely with support & product

  • Build positive relationships and deliver exceptional service on a day-to-day basis

  • Improve and build relationships and community within our network of providers, including working with marketing to manage monthly communications, events, or thought leadership

  • Track and analyze provider performance, identifying potential issues or necessary improvements to increase sell-through

  • Collaborate across content, product, and engineering to continuously improve NewsCred processes, product, and provider experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in account management, partner management, or vendor management

  • Proactive, self-starter with a collaborative mindset

  • Energetic and positive attitude

  • Exceptional relationship management skills

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.

  • Excellent written and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and deliver results under pressure and sometimes chaotic but always fun environments

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
