We are seeking a Jr. Retailer Engagement Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will manage data reception and processing within our Injection platform, monitor key performance indicators, and escalate issues as needed. You will also be responsible for onboarding, setting up, uploading, and monitoring various data types, executing scorecards, and performing initial troubleshooting, working in collaboration with data providers and operations teams to resolve production impacts.

Responsibilities
- Data verification and classification as needed, uploading received files to platform.
- Run Scorecard assessment sample data as requested for store evaluation.
- Execute queries for evaluation if required for data quality investigation, troubleshooting with the local analysts in case of data not in agreed format or any other issues with data upload such as file issues ( type/ location/ special characters etc.)
- Understand the data format agreed with the Supplier as per the contract and complete set up on Ingestion/ any other Input platform.
- Ensuring data receipt as per schedule, following escalation process if the data not received on agreed date in desired format.
- Track KPI’s and metrics in order to guarantee that data quality is on track.
- Update vendors/retailer KPIs on timeliness and Quality.
- Provide analysis and handle communication related to Client enquiries.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Desirable Python and SQL Knowledge (Interpretation of code is an essential skill, and programming is a desirable skill)
- Availability to work in Cotia, São Paulo (Brazil) in a hybrid work model
- Experience dealing with large amounts of data - troubleshooting data issues, with an understanding of various data and file formats.
- An advanced level of English.
- An intermediate level of Spanish
- Fluent or Native Portuguese
- Experience handling inquiries from clients or internal stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret different data structures and mapping.
- Excellent organizational skills & ability to strictly follow schedules.
- Flexibility to work according to local time zones, following holidays of the countries supported.
