Job Description

NielsenIQ Sales Force Activation solutions help clients eliminate retail blind spots so they can achieve sustainable sales growth.  Our solutions help clients expand and optimize their channel distribution and execute their perfect store strategy.   

Some of the solutions under SFA are store census, in-store execution tracking, store observation retail tracking, custom panels and retailer interviews.  Our solutions are carefully designed and customized to client needs, allowing you to work across diverse industries  

This role will be responsible for driving business in the Philippines and Myanmar but the role is based in Manila, Philippines.    

Financial accountability:

  • Achieve assigned revenue target and drive sustainable double-digit growth year on year .
  • Meet profitability targets for assigned accounts 

Commercial excellence  

  • Ensure visibility & accountability to the pipeline, risks & opportunities quarter by quarter, month by month.  
  • Ensure a culture of relentless prospecting into sales routine (achieve weekly number of meetings and new opportunities) 
  • Show discipline in updating CRM for proper financial forecasting and reporting 

Business development  

  • Drive lead generation, constantly reaching out to new and existing clients 
  • Must create compelling sales materials and campaigns  
  • Lead discovery meetings with the clients to ensure needs are met and proper solution is presented  
  • Prepare & present thought leadership or insightful decks to open conversations 
  • Full own the proposal and pitch process 
  • Collaborate closely with other business units and other SFA markets to spot business opportunities 

Client engagement  

  • Proactively build and maintain strong network of clients across levels of seniority, most especially with Sales personas across broad base of clients 
  • Own client engagement from first contact to final delivery which means personally driving client satisfaction (along with Delivery team) 

Qualifications

  • Hunter mindset in terms of selling, ability to proactively and confidently approach new clients and network with different groups 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Confidence to talk to a wide range of decision influencers  
  • Handle clients with sophistication and maturity 
  • Can-do attitude with ability to work under sales target pressure on regular basis 
  • Good negotiator and solutions-focused 
  • Team player and Go-getter 
  • Attention to detail 
  • High say-do ratio 
  • Previous experience in selling High-Value products or Solutions-selling is REQUIRED 
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry is a PLUS 
  • Looking for at least 5 years experience  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, familiar with Sales Loft, PBI, MS Dynamics a plus
