This is a full-time permanent position where the Speech Language Pathologist would be working together with other professionals (i.e. Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists) in an outpatient clinic. This role would specialize in pediatrics, but also sees adults. We believe and practice the interdisciplinary approach, so wanting to work on a team is a must. Our company is growing and has openings for Speech Therapists in all five of our clinics in Iowa.

We not only care about our patients, but also our therapists. We strive to keep productivities between 60 to 80 percent as to not burn out our therapists. There are wage incentives if you exceed 80 percent productivity or more in a week. We will train SLPs who like to work with kids but lack the experience, but experience is a plus. • Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).

• Ability to obtain an Iowa licensure for SLP.
