The Director, Strategy Integration is part of the Corporate Strategy team reporting to the VP – Corporate Strategy. Leads a small team of corporate strategy consultants. This role is the frontline of all of the strategy streams including interacting with new acquisitions including the LearnVest strategy and pulling them all together for the enterprise view. 

 What's the role?
  • Lead development of integrated strategic plan and roadmap with identified points of interdependence
  • Work with senior executive leaders on roadmap oversight and decision-making
  • Facilitate coordination and integration across strategies 
  • Serves as advisor to executive team on strategy integration, roadblock identification and opportunities to accelerate
  • Facilitate collaboration across the enterprise to resolve and optimize cross-functional opportunities
  • Leads scenario modeling to identify risks and ensure on pace to achieve strategic outcomes
  • Lays groundwork for a strategic consulting capability for the enterprise
  • Manages a team charged with strategy coordination and consulting

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or other related area of study.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of demonstrated professional leadership, including leading large multi-departmental, cross-functional efforts.  Project management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence across boundaries and build strong partnerships across the enterprise.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and influence decisions at all levels of management especially senior management.
  • Ability to set strategic direction that has broad implications for the entire enterprise.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions with limited information.
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort standing alone.
  • Strong change management skills and experience.
  • Preferred experience with mergers and acquisitions - post acquisition integration
  • Preferred experience in tech /digital industry and/or financial services and/or consulting services
  • Must be digitally savvy
