What's the role?
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Digital/FInTech will help implement Northwestern Mutual's Talent Acquisition strategy as we embark on the next stage of our digital transformation that will not only meet our client's needs but make Northwestern Mutual the top tech destination in South East Wisconsin.

  • You'll have an agile working style and be flexible in your approach.
  • You'll work proactively and be forward-thinking.
  • You'll work well in a fast paced environment and feel comfortable utilising social media and networking to attract the top talent.
  • You'll have a passion for all things digital and tech.
  • The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and a minimum of five years of professional employment or recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% is expected.
