- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-4 years professional experience in trusts or trust administration.
- Strong knowledge of the interpretation and practical application of document provisions, probate law, taxes, investment, and the legal framework of estate and trust administration.
- Must demonstrate high analytical ability and be able to resolve questions arising from account administration
- Must have demonstrated success and proficiency in professional communication and interpersonal skills, leadership ability, social and professional etiquette.
- Ability to maintain composure and confidentiality when dealing with clients and client information.
- Proven ability to act independently in document interpretation and decision making regarding administration of account relationships and interaction with professionals such as attorneys and CPA’s.
- Demonstrated strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of service to high net worth clients.
- Demonstrated superior attentiveness to detail.
- Actively is a team player and effectively interacts with coworkers.
