What's the role?
Builds relationships and interacts with IS department managers and the Corporate Talent Acquisition team in order to provide appropriate consultation and support to fill staffing needs.  This includes consultation, influencing & challenging managers. Holds managers accountable to follow the IS staffing process, engaging in healthy conflict as needed, providing feedback to leadership and working with the Corporate Talent Acquisition where there are pain points and addressing gaps in the staffing process or ability to fill. Leads projects that enhance the staffing procedures and best practices within the IS department.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and a minimum of three years of professional employment or recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Professional work in other areas of Human Resources or as a seasoned manager will also be considered.
  • Sound knowledge of all state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated creative and innovative solutions to work problems, strong communications, interviewing and problem-solving skills are critical.
  • Ability to manage a variety of diverse and demanding project responsibilities simultaneously under minimal supervision is essential.
