What's the role?

• A four year college degree with emphasis in Accounting, Data Processing, or other areas related to company operations.
• At least three years of Accounting, Data Processing or related experience in a financial institution.
• Experience with CMS, SAS, programming, FAMIS and the various NML insurance systems (ex. HPSI, TISA, Client Services, FADS, etc.).
• Requires ability to write own programs and perform exacts of NML databases.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with subordinates and supervisors.
• Aptitude for Administrative Management duties as well as to process the ability to foresee opportunities for automation or improvement of existing systems.
