What's the role?

 

As an ETL Developer, you will develop integrated solutions, modernizing, consolidating and coordinating independently-designed applications to meet business needs. Partnering with Architecture and in keeping with development best practices, you will analyze business/functional specifications to deliver quality applications/systems while minimizing cost and optimizing maintainability. In converting high-level architectural design into detailed application design, you will provide estimates, evaluate software, make buy vs. build recommendations, and establish development environments. Working from project requirements, you will provide/validate estimates, create detailed development phase project plans, and prepare/maintain application/systems documentation. Above all, you are a strategic thinker; you take ownership of issues, moving between diverse tasks with cooperation and persistence to motivate and bring out the best in those around you.
 

Designs, develops and tests program units; works on new systems development and enhancement/maintenance of existing systems; participates in implementations of new systems or modifications to existing systems to meet Information Systems and client business requirements. Prepares and updates documentation as appropriate.

• SFTP File Transfer
• 5-10 years of application development and familiarity integrating with 3rd Party applications.

 

 

Bring Your Best! What this role needs:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in application integration and development
  • Possesses advanced skills and knowledge of development methodologies across various technologies.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to logically analyze and creatively solve complex issues independently
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written to multiple levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive for results through others
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels throughout the enterprise
  • Proven ability for influencing current enterprise standards, industry standards, technologies, methodologies and best practices
  • Exposure to project management preferred
