HP’s Media & Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) is at the heart of driving industry leading digital programs for HP and has a reputed team of media, social, mobile, web, search and digital channel marketers. The Americas Media & Digital Marketing team is integral to empowering the COE’s capabilities and is looking for a passionate, digitally-savvy leader with experience across online and offline advertising platforms.

The Americas position supports the Regional HP marketing teams in the leadership of 360 degree media platforms and measurement integration. This role will be responsible for leading and implementing advertising technology initiatives designed to improve the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the HP Media organization.

This role will help standardize business critical processes related to using new technology and drive innovative thinking in the digital advertising technical space. It will manage the evaluation, development and execution of digital advertising and measurement technologies, ensuring that HPs vendor relationships are maximized and that platforms are integrated in order to meet marketing objectives.

Core Duties/Responsibilities:
• Support marketing teams in delivering media performance improvements across key campaigns
• Develop and evolve the right mix of capabilities and partners
• Identify new ways to leverage HP data as a competitive advantage in the market
• Partner with analytics to activate advanced measurement strategies

Media agency management:
• Advocate HP’s interests in the industry (e.g.; transparency, media quality, data control, open & connected eco-system etc.)
• Oversee evaluation, selection and implementation for digital advertising and measurement technology solutions
• Identify digital advertising technology development/deployment opportunities based on HP’s marketing needs; and drive the development process for these new offerings from concept to delivery
• Lead technology partnership development, including prospective partners, partner selection, contract negotiation and implementation

• Create a road map and execution plan for all digital advertising technology initiatives along with specific metrics of success against each one
• Directly manage relationships with key digital advertising technology vendors in categories such as: desktop/mobile ad serving, tag management, verification, audience measurement, site analytics, DMPs, and programmatic
• Involvement with the development of measurement strategies and measurement tool selection for digital channels
• Oversee proper implementation and integration of digital measurement platforms

• Ability to handle projects with multiple work streams, with proven leadership success over various marketing projects
• Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross-business unit projects and processes with multiple stakeholders across seniority levels
• Proven track record in delivering strategic recommendations based on data insights
• Excellence in leveraging digital measurement (E.g. Omniture, QlikView) and business productivity tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) as well as multiple ad serving, reporting, and data management platforms
• Experience in managing cross functional teams
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
