Job Description

Responsible for the Management of Aftermarket applications on a global basis, including Automotive aftermarket and other relevant segments. This role demands relevant industrial experience,  a high degree of technical competence, customer orientation and confidence in providing strategical thinking that directly and significantly impact the overall success of the business

  • Responsible for capturing applications and client needs from a technological as well as business perspective
  • Responsible for identification of market trend, market potentials, and the competitive situation in aftermarket as well as relevant market segment assigned by supervisor
  • Responsible for defining application strategy
  • Responsible for ideation and !DEA Pitch
  • Responsible for leading individual development projects (!DEA process), from project activation to market launch
  • Responsible for the content of go-to-market, campaigns and Sales Force Guidance
  • Responsible for providing application trainings
  • Responsible for the application product portfolio, roadmap, and life cycle management
  • Supports the roll-out of go-to-market campaigns in technical matters
  • Supports knowledge development, consolidation, and distribution
  • Supports KAM team regarding sales activities and the definition of sales targets
  • Supports Regional Sales team regarding sales activities and the definition of sales targets
  • Support other relevant market segment as secondary target (primary target is Aftermarket)
  • Analyzes specific data, KPI’s and business drivers to provide timely and insightful understanding of the application specific business economics, results and trends - also against budget

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in product management, product marketing, or technical sales management
  • Degree in Engineering, additional Business education would be a plus
  • Experience in Automotive aftermarket and/ or relevant industries is a major plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additional Asian language would be a plus
