Job Description

1. Connection Solutions

  • Deep Needs Insight: Initiate technical discussions with customers to identify pain points (e.g., sealing failures, assembly cycle bottlenecks).
  • Closed-Loop Solution Design: Lead product sizing, trial assembly validation, test reporting, and deliver customized connection solutions.
  • Full-Cycle Support: Address technical inquiries (phone/email/on-site), resolving issues from analysis to implementation.
  • Collaborate with the test center to develop a test plan and generate test reports for customers based on the collected data.

2. Power Tool Solutions

  • Production Line IntegrationInstall and debug pneumatic/electronic tools & core components in high-end automated production lines.
  • Application Safety Control: Conduct customer training (remote/on-site) to ensure correct tool usage and EHS compliance.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze tool-connection compatibility issues and propose reliability enhancement solutions.

3. Technical Capability Building

  • Sales Team EnablementEnsure continuous technical capability improvement of regional sales teams by:
    • Leading product technical training sessions
    • Developing standardized technical Q&A knowledge base
    • Demonstrating solution delivery in key customer technical reviews
  • Cooperate with sales team to collect Voice of Customer (VOC) to drive AM innovation
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (R&D/Product Marketing/Operations/Sales) for solution deployment

 

Qualifications

Technical Competencies

  • Mechanical Engineering expertise (automotive fluid/sealing systems preferred)
  • Proficiency in pneumatic/electric tool integration for automotive assembly lines (torque control, cycle time optimization, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of connection technologies (clamps, seals) and basic FMEA
  • Advanced MS Office skills for technical proposals, basic CAD (schematic drafting)

Soft Competencies

  • Technical Translation: Convert complex engineering language into customer/sales-friendly value propositions
  • Coaching Mindset: Systematically enhance sales team’s technical acumen and solution-selling capabilities
  • High travel resilience (50% travel), adaptable to OEM plant environments
  • Business-level English (technical documentation & multinational meeting facilitation)
  • Degree: Bachelor’s or above in Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronics Engineering
  • Languages: Native Chinese; Fluent English (technical writing & presentation)
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in automotive components (fasteners/fluid connection systems preferred)
    • Proven sales enablement experience (e.g., training sales teams, developing technical Q&A handbooks)
    • Hands-on tool integration or assembly line debugging projects
    • Familiarity with IATF 16949 product development processes
