POSITION SUMMARY

Working collaboratively with a creative, multi-skilled group, the ideal candidate for Guest Relations Coordinator will be able to support the Marketing Department in the areas of guest advocacy, administration and project management.

Job Description

•    Receives, analyzes and takes appropriate actions in response to guest requests via telephone, email and social media
•    Manages the investigation, resolution and reporting of all guest feedback and concerns
•    Manages feedback database accurately while reporting and seeing guest suggestions and comments through to completion/resolution
•    Liaises with chefs, restaurant managers and marketing associates on guest requests
•    Supports the project management team on administrative tasks including logistical coordination of all marketing materials and collateral, invoice submission and tracking, and budget tracking and reporting

Qualifications


•    Undergraduate degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing or any other relevant field of study
•    1-3 years of progressive experience working in a customer service or marketing/communications role
•    Confident and strong communicator with ability to speak to customers, stakeholders, and colleagues in clear and concise matter by both phone and email
•    Problem solver, able think through and deal with difficult and stressful situations
•    Skilled writer with the ability to write clear, concise and compelling emails and copy without errors
•    High attention to detail and accuracy
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Able to work with autonomy
•    Works extremely well under pressure and is able to multi-task on concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines
•    Demonstrates excellent judgement and discretion in handling confidential and/or sensitive information
•    Enjoys working in a hands-on and collaborative team environment
•    Photography and/or video skills are an asset
•    Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
•    Previous restaurant or hospitality experience considered a strong asset
