Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform various tasks, immersing you in practical experience and exposure to diverse engineering facets, methods, and programs.
  • Execute precise technical engineering calculations.
  • Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models for floodplain modeling and mapping.
  • Engage in design and management tasks for stormwater projects, including channel stabilization/restoration, storm drain systems, culverts, and water quality features.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and project managers to achieve project objectives.
  • Innovate and introduce new ideas to projects, showcasing your creativity and initiative.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Denver, CO, and Loveland, CO, office locations.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Engineer Intern (EI) certificate, preferred.
  • Experience with HEC-RAS modeling software.
  • Experience with Civil3D software.
  • Experience with modeling software is a plus.
  • Aspiration to advance and evolve in the field of water resources engineering.

Typical range for this position is $82,000 to $108,000+ and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
