Job Description

Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting clients with their tax preparation questions, directing

inquiries to the appropriate resources, managing customer relationships, and resolving issues in a

professional manner. This position will entail a variety of experiences and will provide numerous

learning experiences each and every day.


* Serve as liaison between the client and the company to handle all customer service issues

* Service retail customers via e-mail and phone concerning service inquiries, policies, and special


* Identify customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business

* Multitask to complete assigned projects in a timely and efficient manner

* Manage multiple tasks and assigned projects to a successful timely completion;

* Provide managers with information and customer feedback to help identify trends and resolve

problems to improve the company image

* Maintain the appearance and condition of the office including workstations and client files

* Perform any other similar or related duties as assigned


Must be computer literate

Must have working knowledge of the following applications:
- Microsoft Windows
- Gmail
- Appointment software
- CRM software
- Database software
Must be able to use xerox and fax machines
Must be able to use and operate iPad
Must be able to handle a multi-line phone system

Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
