Job Description

Client Solutions Advisors work closely with Account Managers to engage and secure initial business as well as grow new business opportunities within existing clients. They will manage the client sales process including; client meetings, presentations, technology and solution recommendations, evaluation, implementation, and proposal delivery. Client Solutions Advisors contribute to meeting regional gross margin and services goals.

Qualifications

Work with Client Directors throughout the selling process by participating in business development calls.

• Assist Account Managers in selling established contracts and developing relationships with prospects.

• Manage the proposal process and create SOW’s and RFP’s.

• Coordinate follow-up sales activities (i.e. evaluation, implementation, customer training).

• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance as well as research and recommend new solutions and services.

• Obtain and maintain top tier vendor certification.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a pre or post sales capacity within an IT security environment typically gained over 3-5 years
  • Expertise with one or more of our core Technology solutions partners: Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto Networks.
  • Expertise in network infrastructure, wireless networking and NAC.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance: GLBA, SOX, PCI, HIPAA, etc.
  • Knowledge of Assessment services and what those entail.
  • Candidates must have strong presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel within assigned region
  • Expert level skills with Microsoft Office

Must Have:

o Valid Driver’s License

o Ability to work greater than 40 hours per week as needed

o Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

o High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certifications with one or more of our core Technology solutions partners:  Juniper, F5, Blue Coat, RSA, Aruba and McAfee.
  • Strong relationships with security experts within the region.
  • CISSP or other professional certifications.
  • History of Awards/Recognition for exceptional technical ability & value add to sales team.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
