Job Description
- Installation of batteries for a wide range of vehicles consumer and commercial.
- Test, analyze, install and diagnose battery problems.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Provide accurate information as it relates to proper products and maintenance for car, commercial, RV, boat, etc.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
provide pricing and delivery information - Selling and consulting with customers/prospects in regards to product needs and utilization benefits
- Stock shelves
- Participate in cleaning activities for areas of the store such as floors, windows, etc.
- Perform warehouse jobs including : Receiving, Picking, Replenishment, Packing, and Palletizing.
Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum 1-2 years of sales
experience; preferably within a retail sales environment but not
required - Should be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repetitively.
- Must have exceptional customer service aptitude, and excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual preferred)
- Background in auto parts preferred but not required.
- Prior to receiving any job offer candidates may need to submit to a background check and or drug testing.
