This position will help PCE Health and Fitness strengthen its focus on product quality and innovation through its drop ship sales activities. The selected candidate will be a pro-active communicator in all aspects of shipping, delivery and assembly of orders, working directly with the customer. The Drop Ship Sales Support person will be the designated contact internally and externally encompassing these responsibilities:

• Communicating shipping information to the customer, such as:
• Ship Date
• Carrier Tracking Details
• Expectations
• Confirmation of Services Ordered
• Post purchase follow up, with order activity for shipping, delivery or assembly schedule and communicate to the customer as required.
• Initiate post-delivery communication both verbal and written to verify the customer’s satisfaction of the product and service
• Maintain a working knowledge of intercompany departmental responsibilities and processes and filter phone calls as necessary

Specific Skills Needed:

• Ability to communicate with excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficient at creating reports and communicating results

Education and Experience:

• High-school diploma, some college preferred.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Must have a positive attitude, sees challenges as opportunities and translates      them into actionable items.
