We operate a variety of facilities for, and provide services to San Francisco International Airport, The Department of Parking and Traffic of San Francisco, and The Port Authority of San Francisco. We also provide parking services at the Denver International Airport in Denver Colorado. We operate these facilities under management contract, lease, and profit sharing arrangements. 

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the following activities: 1) Provide advice and consultation to managers and employees regarding HR programs, policies and practices. 2) Provide input to and/or develop HR policies and programs. 3) Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and programs. 4) Consult with managers on staff planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring from both internal and external sources for non-exempt and exempt positions. 5) Manage company-wide recruiting standards, compliance, and program implementation including New Hire Onboarding. 6) Develop and deliver training on HR-related topics as needed. 7) Manage Human Resources Information Systems and reporting. 8) Identify and recommend improvements in Human Resources programs and processes. 9) Complete HR-related projects.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelors Degree in related field

4+ years in a Human Resources Department/Role

Union Experience

Experience with ADP Workforce Now

Excellent verbal, written and professional communication skills

Ability to work 25-35 hours a week onsite in downtown San Francisco
