Process Piping Estimator Opportunity with a top mechanical contracting firm based in the mid-west portion of the country. This will be an exceptional chance to have a high impact role in a growing division, within a collaborative team environment on some of the largest and most technically complex industrial mechanical projects in the nation.

  The group focuses on large-scale Industrial Mechanical Construction- predominately within Nuclear Power Plants and Sub-Stations, Coal Power Plants, Pulp & Paper, Chemical Processing, and Bio-Fuels, ranging from $10-$50+ Million in mechanical aspects alone, and is targeting the addition of a top performing estimator to their Kansas City Team.

The right hire will have proven success with both conceptual and competitive bid estimating, although heavier experience with Negotiated, Design Build work focusing specifically on the process piping side of the business is strongly preferred with thorough knowledge of Industrial MEP processes, Steam Systems, retrofit and installation of process equipment, piping and systems.

 Field Experience earlier in career would be viewed as a strong plus and is an encouraged background for all their management and sr. leadership roles, as a strong foundation to build on.

Conceptual, Negotiated Design Build & Competitive Bid Estimating of Process Systems, Piping & Equipment on Large Scale Industrial New Construction & Retrofit Projects throughout the Mid-West portion of the United States.  Position will be based in Kansas City office location. Relocation will be fully covered.

History of Success in both conceptual and hard bid estimating on process piping aspects of large scale industrial & power plant projects.

Experience in Nuclear and / or Coal Power Plant facilities, Pulp & Paper and / or Chemical Processing is strongly preferred.

Project Values should reflect at least $10-30 Million+ in Mechanical / Process Piping Aspects alone, although the hired individual will be involved in some projects that are substantially larger in size ( $50 Million+ ) once on board.

Solid industry references are a must.
