  Project focus will be historic rehab / adaptive re-use, multi-family / mixed use, commercial office and some medical office buildings / education. Experience in both historic rehab and ground up new construction will be a very strong plus.

 Project values range on average from as small as $5 Million to upwards of $50 Million.

Scheduling & Management of Multi-Family Ground Up New Construction & Renovation Projects, as well as oversight and management of Historic Rehab & Adaptive ReUse projects ranging from $5-$40+ Million in average values

The organization is expanding in the Tidewater, VA Market and looking to add both highly qualified Superintendents & Project Managers to their team

The Right Hire will have a Proven Successful Track Record With:

• Timely & Profitable Project Deliveries on Projects ranging from at least $5-$15 Million + in values

• Managing All Construction Operations on Project Site as the Lead Project Superintendent

• Ability to Lead & manage sub-contractors & field personnel - create strong team mentality and approach on project sites

• Sub-Contractor / Supplier Management, Materials Coordination & Relationship Building with Subs/ Vendors

• Technology Savvy

• Scheduling / Forecasting / Planning ahead with both Sub-Contractors and Project Management Teams internally - Ability to put together CPM schedules is a very strong plus

• Ability to Solve Problems & Create Solutions on Site

• Overall Responsibility for Quality and Safety on Site

• Solutions Oriented, Team Player Mentality

• Strong Client Communications Ability • Track Record of Successful Projects in Multi-Family, Assisted Living, Hotels, Military Barracks or large scale stick-frame building
