Job Description

The Client Care Ambassador is responsible for setting the tone for the client’s experience at Parabolic. These individuals represent the first and last impression of the company for each client. The Client Care Ambassador is empowered to give the client an experience that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities of the position will include assisting clients and patients while providing support to all staff therapists, performance coaches, administration and multi-office locations.  Applicant will provide outstanding customer service, assist with sales of all services offered at Parabolic --including Physical Therapy, Performance Training, Acupuncture and Massage--, and provide administrative services such as collecting and inputting intake data, scheduling appointments and payment for all services.

Essential Duties:

1. Greet and assisting all clients and patients

2. Insurance verification and authorizations

3. Collect Co-Insurance payments and all fee’s proctored

4. Register new patients and clients in electronic data base, ie.WebPT and Mindbody system

5. Answer multi-phone lines, check voice mails and respond to all inquiries (via email, phone, in-person)

6. Process EMR, scan, file and fax necessary documents

7. Take reservations for performance classes and programs offered

8. Maintain schedule for Physical Therapy patients

9. Assist in the selling of Performance Training Packages

10. Involved with sales and marketing of performance training and physical therapy

11. Process payments through a POS system, close out cash register, collects checks and secures them for billing department.

12. Open and close facility as necessary. Ensures building is empty and secured when closing

This is a Full Time Position requiring at minimum 35 – 40 hours per week. This position will require candidate to work rotating weekends.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum education required: high school diploma

· Minimum 2 years of experience as front desk coordinator in a health care organization to include basic knowledge of insurance plans, coverage and procedures.  Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting a plus.
