Supporting one of our large telecomms clients this role will play a pivotal role in evolving their User expereince with the brand to help make it the brand of choice.

You are a visual and interaction designer with a passion for making a difference in people's lives.

The interaction designer will create intuitive designs based on requirements, collaborate on user interfaces, & incorporate user feedback into product experience updates. Must have design experience with multiple platforms.

• Have a love for crafting beautiful and intuitive user interfaces
• Design user interfaces using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery provided by UX research team or product owners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to brainstorm and solve platform problems.
• Scale our design system and style guide for our suite of apps (Web, iOS, and Android).
• Work through and understand complex regulations and edge cases while always advocating for the best user experience.
• Mentor other designers by setting best examples and providing input to others' work in progress.

• 3-5 years of experience solving user problems using interaction design
• Good understanding of UI design tools like Sketch or Figma
• Familiar with Interaction / motion design tools like Principle for Mac, Flinto, After Effects etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic)
• Deep understanding of design principles, visual and interaction design.
• Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including happy path as well as edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs.
• Expert understanding of desktop, mobile web, native iOS, and Android platforms -- and have a point of view about when it's best to follow platform-specific conventions.
• Ability to collaboratively go from whiteboard, to sketch, to prototype, and create design interactions (UI mostly).
• Ability to conduct and apply user research and rapid iterations which are related to user interactions with the interface.
• Advocate for user-centric design processes, inclusive and accessible design.
