Job Description

Parking Solutions Valets possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. Airport Valets safely, courteously, and efficiently handle the parking needs of patrons; park and retrieve vehicles with a sense of urgency. Our airport team members are service oriented and customer centered. We offer day, evening & weekend shifts.





Skills required:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Mid-level verbal communication skills: English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Ability to multi-task and follow directions
  • Ability to work independently and within established guidelines
  • Comply with PSI background, and drug testing policies


All candidates must:

  • Practice safe driving skills and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than a combination of two moving violations and/or accidents, within a three-year period)
  • Be able to drive all type of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions
  • Be willing and able to work in all elements of weather
  • Stand for long periods of time and walk briskly
  • Accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Display exceptional customer service skills
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
  • Be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a clean criminal record
  • Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Demonstrate good organizational and problem solving skills
  • Be able to converse with customers
  • Assist customers in/out of vehicles as needed
  • Have endurance to expeditiously and safely retrieve customer vehicles
  • Effectively communicate and work within a team environment as well as having the ability to work well independently
  • Offer schedule flexibility, including availability in the evenings and on the weekends
