- HR Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, screening, selection, and onboarding of all personnel on the team
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and current personnel records and files
- Supports the management team in the day to day personnel functions, questions and staffing issues
- Coordinates written and oral feedback and disciplinary action with the support of the operations management team
- Supports management team with detailed data reports and metric based guidance
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2 years proven experience recruiting in a service organization, including demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies for high volume non-exempt hire.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and HRIS
- Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience in following areas, employee relations
