Job Description

HR Coordinator:

  • HR Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, screening, selection, and onboarding of all personnel on the team
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and current personnel records and files
  • Supports the management team in the day to day personnel functions, questions and staffing issues
  • Coordinates written and oral feedback and disciplinary action with the support of the operations management team
  • Supports management team with detailed data reports and metric based guidance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 2 years proven experience recruiting in a service organization, including demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies for high volume non-exempt hire.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and HRIS
  • Experience working   in team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Experience in following areas, employee relations
