You will support the solution management team as a a highly motivated senior product manager to drive credit products for the CEMEA region. The consumer product team is responsible for expanding PayPal’s reach and deepening customer engagement through the delivery of new products and best-in-class customer experiences including signup, activity and servicing. We’ve also recently introduced award-winning financial products to augment our core stable of consumer payment services.

• Seasoned product manager with experience in rolling out a major global program (4-7 years of experience)
• Strategic agility and immense prioritization capabilities
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities as well as influencing skills
• Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of web user-experience, business, and commercial issues.
• Ability to get things done.
• Detailed understanding of the web and of web product management work, including localization processes, beta platform management and analytics
• Ongoing management of programs– meet the targets, resolve product & operational issues, and enhance the value proposition
• High energy drive, judgment, a capacity to anticipate and manage ambiguity
• Flexible, problem-solver, with a positive, creative and innovative mindset
• Excellent team player with great interpersonal, cross-cultural, communication skills and sense of humor
