Job Description



Penn United Technologies, Inc. has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Chemist in our Electro-Plating facility lab.    


Responsibilities: Analyze plating bath chemistry for various elements; monitor the variability of bath parameters & establish & modify control procedures; perform daily & weekly bath analyses; establish sampling plans; troubleshoot chemical process control problems & chemical problems; test for concentrations using titration & atomic absorption; maintain records including production quantities; maintain all analytical equipment in the lab; & maintain chemical & equipment supplies. 


Associates degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience; previous experience working with analytical equipment; strong organizational skills & self-motivated. Knowledge of electroplating technology preferred.  Must be able to work shifts.
