People for Animals, Inc. is an independent nonprofit animal welfare organization not affiliated with any other Humane Society or any national or local animal welfare groups. The primary mission of People for Animals is to reduce animal over-population by providing low-cost spay/neuter and related services to the general public, especially lower and middle income groups.
The Client Service Representative is responsible
for providing customer service both in person and by telephone, client
education, maintaining medical records, scheduling appointments, handling
payment transactions, and general office duties at the front desk in a
high-volume hectic office setting.
- HS diploma preferred
- Must speak and write English fluently and clearly in a professional manner; bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Service oriented, polite and professional
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Excellent work attendance record
