Job Description

The mobile program client's calls primarily involves the handling of Customer Care and Billing inquiry call types; however, there will be some calls requiring some basic troubleshooting, explanations 
regarding Network and Coverage issues, and retention activities.


Top Call Types include:

• Handle customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and

professionalism

• Strive to resolve customer issues with one call resolution

• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business

• Handle business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts

• Communicate with customers using web-based tools and demonstrates the associated proficiency in

typing and grammar

• Make financial decisions to protect/collect revenues and adjusts customer accounts

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
  • Must have at minimum 24 months of customer service experience.
  • Must have 12 months of call center experience, but not required.
  • Superior customer service aptitude. 
  • The ability to make sound decisions and problem solve.
  • Superior customer service and technical skills
  • Experience with cellular phones or providing billing support
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced problem solving competency
  • Ability to adapt to constant change
  • Capability of multi-tasking to utilize multiple internal IT systems
  • Must pass background check.

Additional Information

All CSP's Must Become Certified to Work for this Client.

Potential Service Revenue:

$9.00- $13.00 Per Hour (based on performance and exp.)

Work Hours:

Must be able to work between the hours of 7am - Midnight  7 days a week.

You make your own schedule, but these are the available hours. 

Must work at least 20 hours per week with 5 hours being on the weekends.


Certification Fee:

$49


Schedule Adherence is critical to this program.

Certification Schedule:

March 26, 2015 - May 31,  2015 - Certification is Monday - Friday Only and no Holidays!


Class Options

9:00am – 1:00pm EST

1:30pm – 5:30pm EST

7:00pm – 11:00pm EST

8:00pm – 12:00am EST

9:00pm – 1:00am EST


Must choose one of the times above for class and you must attend every session or risk being dropped from the course. 


Certification Requirements:

Mon - Fri 4 hours each day of instructor led sessions.

2 hours of self paced lessons assigned as homework each day.

Must pass each successfully pass each module by completing assigned homework, quizzes, or tests.

Must attend every session 100% attendance.

Must pass all certification calls.


Course Outline:

Phase 1:
Acquire/Classroom – March 26th, 2015 to April 28th, 2015


Phase 2:
Blended Apply – April 29th, 2015 to May 12th,

2015

10 hours classroom and 10 hours on phones during

scheduled class time per week - earn service revenue during call taking

Can service up to an additional 20 additional intervals outside of class time


Phase 3:

Nesting – May 13th, 2015 to May 31st, 2015

5 hours classroom and 15 hours on phones during per week earn service revenue during call taking

Can service up to an additional 25 additional hours outside of class time

Windows 2000 & Windows 7(32 & 64 Bit)
