Job Description

Receive Inbound calls from existing contract holders (customers) on an item that is covered under their contract agreement:

• to initiate a claim,

• to request a service contractor, or to make a referral and/or maintenance request.

• Verifying of Caller’s Identity before communicating account related information.

• Responding to general inquiries.

• Describing the services, plans, and requirements.

• Processing change of address requests.

• Accepting and processing requests for information materials.

• Researching and resolving customer complaints.

• Performing callbacks as a result of complaint resolution.

• Billing clarification questions.

• Transferring calls to CCHS Customer Service when required.

• Claim status questions and inquiries.

• Three way conferencing and scheduling between customers and service

providers.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.

Must have at minimum 12 months of customer service experience.

Prefer 6 months of call center experience, but not required.

The ability to make sound decisions and problem solve.

Must pass background check.

Additional Information

All CSP's Must Become Certified to Work for this Client.

Potential Service Revenue:

$8.00- $10.80 Per Hour (based on performance and exp.)

Work Hours:

Must be able to work between the hours of 7am - Midnight  7 days a week.

You make your own schedule, but these are the available hours. 

Must work at least 20 hours per week with 5 hours being on the weekends.


Certification Fee:

$149


Schedule Adherence is critical to this program.

March 23, 2015 - May 7,  2015

Certification is Monday - Friday Only

Class Options

9am - 1pm
6pm - 10pm

Must choose one of the times above for class and you must attend every session or risk being dropped from the course. 


Certification Requirements:

Mon - Fri 4 hours each day of instructor led sessions.

2 hours of self paced lessons assigned as homework each day.

Must pass each successfully pass each module by completing assigned homework, quizzes, or tests.

Must attend every session 100% attendance.

Must pass all certification calls.

Windows 2000 & Windows 7(32 & 64 Bit)
